The excitement, energy, education and motivation you've come to love and expect from a Les Mills East Coast Quarterly Workshop is coming to Woodstock, GA!  Amazing US Master Trainers will be leading you through the newest releases of your favorite Les Mills programs and business sessions that will help you, as instructors, to get your members more excited and engaged in your group fitness programs. 

During the registration process, you will be given the opportunity to choose which class you'd like to attend during the times where there is more than 1 session available.  When only one is available, all ticket holders are welcome to attend.  

There will be 3 sessions of the new LES MILLS GRIT SERIES small group training program - so if your facility isn't on board with these new workouts yet, this is your chance to try them out for yourself!  In order to preserve the Small Group Training format of this workout, only 15 people will be able to take part in each session, so sign up QUICK!  All Quarterly ticket holders are welcome to watch. 

Education sessions to help you nail your launch of the newest releases, so be sure to grab your lunch and attend the Round Robin sessions at 1:30.   CECs will be awarded for attending these sessions. (Exact quantities to be determined by ACE and AFAA.  We will update this posting when we know the exact quantities.  Usually around 0.1-0.2 each for ACE and 0.3 to 0.7 for AFAA)
